Spin Class - Ida Lee will occur weekly
Every other Saturday morning, I teach SPIN class at Ida Lee. It's an hour-long class, where we do a variety of endurance, interval, or strength rides on an indoor bike. The bikes are Keiser models and we have 22 available. Seating is on a first-come/first-serve basis. The format is typically a five minute arm stretch warm-up, 50 minute ride, followed by a 5 minute on-the-bike arm stretch and off-the-bike legs stretch.
I teach the first, third and (if there is a) 5th Saturdays of the month. The alternating instructor for the second and fourth Saturdays is Barb Ross.

Towels will be provided by the facility. Please bring a water bottle.
