“Working with Hilary will change your life for the better, in every way! After a significant weight gain, I wanted to get my food in check and found Hilary. She is so knowledgeable and kind and listened to my situation. She is actually the one that put my symptoms together and recommended that I get tested for Lyme Disease, which I did, and of which I had.  She did not stop there.  She went the extra step to research the specific strains that I had and then came up with a custom nutrition plan for me. During my sessions with Hilary I also had multiple stresses happening in my life, in addition to my health. "Before my journey with Hilary, I was struggling on what path I was going to take! I was at a crossroad. I had been struggling with high blood pressure and very bad headaches, and my weight had skyrocketed because of the heart medication and the food choices I was making.
